Net Neautrality:

Net neutrality is the idea that ISPs shouldn’t be able to change the quality of internet service based on the identity, ownership, or affiliation of the people sending and receiving data. Some people have proposed net neutrality laws, but currently there are none in the US, and ISPs are free to do that.
